Established in 1994, Galerie Severn offers a wide range of art styles on a variety of mediums. Owner Fred Horton, MCPF, GCF has been in the art and framing business over 20 years. He is a member of the Professional Picture Framers Association, The Guild of Fine Art Care & Treatment Standards and a participant in the Generally Accepted Framing Practice Project.
