Pacific Frame (formally Pacific Frame & Gallery) is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Noel and Leigh Ann Jones. They opened Pacific Frame in 1998 in Historic Downtown McMinnville and enjoyed being part of the historic downtown for 16 years.  In January 2014  Noel and Leigh Ann purchased the old Robin and Russ Handweavers building on the corner of Sixth and Adams Street.  After some minor renovations on the building they moved their established frame shop in March 2014 to this beautiful new permanent home.

Noel has a Master of Fine Art degree from Indiana University. He put himself through school working for various custom framing studios and also had the great fortune to work in the permanent archives of the Amon Carter Museum in Fort Worth, Texas, preparing work for various exhibitions.

Leigh Ann has a Bachelors degree from the University of North Texas in Business Management and has worked for various large corporations in different management capacities. She currently is on the Board of Directors for both the McMinnville Downtown Association and the McMinnville Area Chamber of Commerce.

Sarine has been in the framing industry since 1998 also, her career started in Japan framing on a military base.  She has a great eye for design and it’s fun and refreshing to see the designs she and our clients come up with.

Melissa is the newest addition to our team.  She is learning everything from framing and designing to the printing department.
