Gallery Statement:
Ventana244 Gallery is dedicated to artist curated and/or collaboratively created projects, exhibits and residencies. The focus of our projects and exhibits includes a wide perspective on a range of artforms including video, interactive installations, theater, painting and sculpture. We provide the venue and staff support to artists / curators allowing them to conceptualize and produce ideas and shows that might not find a home elsewhere.
By the end of the spring in 2015, Ventana244 will have exhibited 30 artist curated and collaboratively created projects, exhibits and residencies. We aim to fulfill our mission to maintain and expand the cultural life of the community even as it has changed through development and a growing population. We announce projects / shows through updates on our website and through email blasts and social media.
